This Is Daniel Hara

Daniel is a certified personal trainer who understands what it’s like to have a full schedule and still want to feel healthier, stronger, and more in control of your body. That’s why he takes a practical, intentional approach to fitness—helping clients improve body composition, build strength, improve mobility, and create habits that fit seamlessly into real life.

With a background in functional training, strength development, and recovery, Daniel designs programs tailored to each person’s body, lifestyle, and goals. He began his career at UFC Gym, learning firsthand what it takes to guide people to meaningful results. Over time, he added massage therapy, corrective movement, and injury recovery to his skill set, giving him a holistic perspective on health and wellness.
